Expectations for the 21-Day Trip focuses on a theme of fulfillment and plenty every day. You will learn about visualization, gratitude exercises, and mindfulness techniques through brief, daily practices. These easy yet effective steps only require 15 to 20 minutes a day. In order to replace limiting thoughts with empowering ones, you will first need to become conscious of your current beliefs and perceptions regarding abundance.

Week 1: Recognizing and releasing
In the first week, we discuss limiting beliefs about worth, happiness, and success as well as what abundance means. Affirmations, journaling, and meditation are daily routines that help identify and release scarcity mindsets. The groundwork for real transformation is laid by this fundamental step.
Week 2: Fostering Positivity & Gratitude
