Guided Meditation Practice

People are struggling with useless thoughts in the form of overthinking. They live with a monkey mind or a busy mind. Learn a meditation practice which focuses on the awareness of the breath at the top of nostril while you breathe in and breathe out. Top of nostril is an object of meditation practice because you can feel the sensation of breath here. We can help you reduce distraction, settle your thoughts, bring clarity, and improve productivity. This workshop teaches you how to become an observer.
You can notice that there is an expansion of the abdomen while breathing in and contraction of the abdomen while breathing out. Bring your attention and energy to the breath whenever you get distracted or deviated by chattering and wandering of mind. Breath is a life force energy that can help us to live in the present moment awareness.
During meditation practice, it might happen that you are lost in the thoughts of work, husband, wife, etc. Let them come and go because you are not the thoughts but you are an observer. You can visit your thoughts without any objection but remember you have to bring your awareness to the breath. It does not matter how many times you disconnect but bringing your awareness to the breath is our practice. During this program, you are also taught body scan meditation practice.
