This is a deep meditation for transforming our body, mind and soul. Meditation is transcending our mind and ego from within us. As soon as we close our eyes and move inside, we can connect with our soul or energy. The final purpose of meditation is to create a fragrance of love and compassion which can heal our body.
Love is the only healing force. Hate cannot be transcended by hate, love is needed. The more we love ourselves the more we can love others as well. Your physical body can be healed by medicine, but how can we heal our innermost being which is present within us? It can heal only through love. Those who know the secret of it, are the happiest people in the world. Only love reveals your truth. A physical body changes from time to time (we age and after some time we die, which is natural) but love is an eternal force which never dies. Try to connect with a source of energy (love) because we are pure consciousness, which is beyond body and mind. Those who practice meditation, they die almost every day, because there is death of ego and mind. Meditation can help us create compassion to connect with living and nonliving things with oneness. We are one with everything.
Forgiveness is important for Healing Meditation
Forgiveness is the art of releasing our negative emotions toward others from the past. Maybe someone deceived or cheated you, or you hurt or cheated them in the past. Do not carry any pain in the now, but let go of it considering we are one at the level of oneness. How can you hurt others when you are in them and they are in you? You cannot. It is not about speaking to someone else in words. It is in the form of energy, vibration, and frequency which we release from the deepest core of the heart for others.
We have harmed and hurt others, consciously or subconsciously, by our words, thoughts or intentions. Sometimes we are deeply wounded by others too and it is very difficult to let go of pain. Sit comfortably in a relaxed position with eyes closed. Relax your body and mind with natural breathing. Let yourself feel your pain and emotions for others inside your heart because you have not forgiven yet. Take 5 to 6 long, deep breaths. It creates resistance within you in the beginning because you are still struggling with others. Gradually try to release it by bringing your awareness back to the breath.
Ask for Forgiveness
There are many times in life where we have been hurt and in turn harmed others and caused suffering to others as well, knowingly or unknowingly. Visualise their images, see and feel energy within yourself, and remember those moments of how you hurt them and they hurt you. Sense that burden and release it without any struggling by bringing your awareness back to the breath.
Ask for forgiveness and you get it because you are sharing pure intention to the Universe. Whosoever is living in a different part of the world, they can receive it and they can forgive you. Repeat this process many times and finally you will notice that you open your heart for each moment.
The deeper the pain, the deeper ecstasy will be
No need to avoid pain, experience it, witness the pain. You can notice that pain cleanses you from nonessential things and impurity. Pain burns the unwanted emotions in you and it creates enthusiasm and passion within you. It develops a huge amount of inner courage that can help us for healing.
Live in the world, facing challenges and obstacles. Never go away from it. Encounter them with your healing practice and heal yourself and then others, as well. Live with pure love and compassion, then finally you can notice pain acted as a fuel in order to reach this state of consciousness. Never try to avoid darkness, if you avoid it, dawn will never come to your life.
