CMRC was founded by Sanjeev Kumar, a lifelong meditator, author of Practicing the Power of the Present Moment, and a passionate mindfulness teacher. With decades of personal practice and teaching experience, Sanjeev has helped thousands of individuals and professionals integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.
