Mindful Eating (Example: Eating an Apple, Drinking Coffee ETC.)
Instead of eating while distracted or rushing, you learn to observe the texture, smell, taste, and energy of food with full presence. For example, while eating an apple, you gently notice its color, the sound as you bite, the sweetness, and how your body responds. The same can be applied while drinking coffee or tea — feeling the warmth of the cup, inhaling the aroma, and taking each sip consciously. Mindful Listening

Mindful Speaking
