Our Mission

At the Canadian Mindfulness Research Center (CMRC), our mission is to help individuals, professionals, and organizations across Calgary and Canada build a calmer mind, a stronger nervous system, and a healthier way of living—through evidence-informed mindfulness training, meditation practices, and emotional resilience programs.

We exist to support people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, overthinking, and emotional overload, and to empower workplaces to create high-performing, emotionally intelligent, and mentally healthy teams.

Through practical mindfulness education, guided meditation, and transformational coaching, CMRC is committed to creating a more mindful, compassionate, and balanced community—one breath, one moment, and one person at a time.

We actively collaborate with individuals, families, schools, organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers to make mindfulness training accessible and meaningful for all.
